We look forward to you joining us on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 1:00 pm at our workshop to learn, discuss, and recognize the memory of George Floyd on the fourth anniversary of his murder. The workshop will be held at Franklin Ave. Library, 5000 Franklin Ave., Des Moines, IA. Come and learn if progress on police and legal system reform has been made in Des Moines. There will be music, poetry, and light refreshments. Plus you’ll hear from other organizations who are committed to social and racial justice in Des Moines and across Iowa.
